Harvard University manages off-campus homes and apartments in and around Cambridge that are available to graduate students, faculty, and visiting scholars. Harvard University Housing’s sprawling website had grown to include nearly 250 poorly organized pages and unstructured PDFs relating to these different properties, and the team brought us in to restore order and shape a new strategy. We completed a qualitative content audit of the entire site, mapped this content to Harvard University Housing’s soon-to-be-launched new site, and then spearheaded content development for a new, concise experience of just 60 pages.
