CReATIVITY AND IMAGINATION THRIVE
Lesley University’s amazing programs equip students to go out into the world and do work that matters. But to tell that powerful story effectively, the school needed to streamline its vast library of existing content, and develop a strategy for authoring, editing, and managing new content. Partnering with our friends at Moth Design, we developed a comprehensive content strategy for Lesley that does just that. Findings from a robust discovery process and audit yielded a new UX strategy that simplifies user flow and drastically reduces duplicate content. Governance and workflow protocols guide content creation and management, ensuring quality and efficiency. And because lesley.edu is a dynamic site that depends on contributions from stakeholders across campus, we created a web writing guide for authors and editors, and hosted a customized training for the Lesley community.
