Creative Office Pavilion, the nation’s largest Herman Miller dealer, is a highly respected player in the commercial furniture market. Yet over the years, the company’s brand had grown diluted as it expanded its offerings into higher education, healthcare, and flooring and began ramping up its service offerings to include design consultation, repair, and warehousing. As the company set its sights on expanding into NYC, it had to get its house in order. Following months of discovery with internal and external stakeholders, 43K produced a number of key messaging deliverables, including a brand positioning platform, tagline and descriptor, interim print piece, and responsive 60-page website.
